These acts and rules and orders are put to test of legality in the different courts of law.

Thus anyone and everyone is governed by the “J E L” system - judiciary , executive and legislative departments in india. Thus the monopoly of “king” is now in the hands of these three.

Whether anyone knows or not [ignorantia juris non-excusat] likes it or not, capable or not he or she or it is governed by these legislations as and when applicable.
